Industrial Heritage Meets Modern Work Culture
A former workshop hall was transformed into a representative office loft with industrial character and a clear architectural concept. The goal was to preserve the original structure and its raw character while creating a modern working environment that combines comfort, design, and functionality.
Prime C.O.R.P. handled the complete planning, structural stripping, and redesign of the space. The original load-bearing structure was exposed, brick walls were revealed, and complemented with carefully placed elements of glass, steel, and wood.
Materials, Light and Atmosphere
The characteristic brick walls were preserved, sandblasted, repointed, and sealed to maintain their original appearance. The flooring was finished with oiled oak parquet, bringing warmth and natural elegance into the industrial environment.
Open ceilings with visible installations, modern lighting concepts, and large window fronts create transparency and spaciousness – a deliberate mix of old and new that creates a distinctive atmosphere.
Spatial Concept with Function
The new layout enables flexible use: open workspaces, meeting areas, quiet zones, and a central lounge with kitchen were seamlessly integrated. Acoustic elements and energy-efficient lighting create a comfortable indoor environment, while the open structure encourages collaboration and teamwork.
The Result
A workspace that reflects its industrial heritage while embracing modern design.
The combination of original industrial architecture and contemporary functionality makes this project a standout example of modern interior fit-out.
Prime C.O.R.P. shows how existing structures can be preserved and reinterpreted to create inspiring workspaces with a strong identity.
