Luxury in Detail – Timeless Elegance Meets Functionality

This penthouse was completely modernized and transformed into an architectural statement. Prime C.O.R.P. handled the entire planning and execution – from the renewal of all utility systems and technical installations to the interior fit-out and the final surface finishes.
The goal was to create a living concept that combines modern minimalism with high-quality materials. Clean lines, seamless transitions, and a subtle color palette create a home that conveys calmness, elegance, and refined style.

Kitchen and Bathroom as the Design Center

The open kitchen was completely rebuilt and equipped with high-gloss, handleless fronts. The countertops and backsplash are made of polished marble stone, which visually continues into the flooring.
The bathroom follows the same design concept. Bathtub, shower, and vanity form a continuous composition of large-format marble tiles, combined with warm real-wood surfaces. Precise joint patterns, concealed installations, and integrated lighting elements create a harmonious overall appearance.

Planning, Execution & Quality

Prime C.O.R.P. accompanied the project from the initial design phase to the turnkey handover. Electrical, plumbing, and utility systems were completely renewed, and all surfaces were adjusted with millimeter precision. The implementation was carried out in close coordination with the client to perfectly combine design, functionality, and comfort.
