New Design Concept – Modern Clarity Meets Relaxed Atmosphere
The Gatpoint Hotel was comprehensively redesigned and transformed into a modern, welcoming environment.
Prime C.O.R.P. handled the entire concept, planning and execution – from the structural strip-out of the existing space to the final interior fit-out. The goal was to create a place that combines urban design, functional architecture and the distinctive Gatpoint identity. Subtle color palettes, characterful furniture and soft textures shape an atmosphere that feels both stylish and welcoming.
Lobby & Lounge as a Social Hub
The lobby was completely rebuilt and transformed into an open meeting point.
Vibrant velvet armchairs, clean lines and warm wood accents create a striking contrast with the concrete architecture. The new furnishings combine comfort with a distinctive design language – ideal for guests arriving, working or simply relaxing.
The lighting concept was also completely redesigned.
Pendant lights, indirect lighting and carefully placed spotlights define different zones without creating visual clutter. The exposed ceiling structure – including visible technical elements – was deliberately integrated into the design, contributing to the modern, urban atmosphere.

All technical systems – including electrical installations, climate control and flooring systems – were fully renewed. Surfaces, furniture and color concepts were carefully coordinated to create a cohesive overall design.
