Loose ceilings, damaged walls and outdated electrical systems made a comprehensive renovation unavoidable. Prime C.O.R.P. carried out the complete strip-out \u2013 including the removal of old ceiling structures, dismantling of all installations and preparation of the structural shell for a full reconstruction.<\/p>\n        <p>The focus was on opening up the existing layout and replacing it with a modern, light-filled spatial concept. New suspended ceilings with integrated LED lighting were installed, while high-quality screed systems and insulation formed the basis for optimal room acoustics and energy efficiency.<\/p>\n        <p>Walls and floors were fully rebuilt \u2013 from plastering and surface preparation to the final finishing layers.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <div class=\"lf-sec\">\n        <span class=\"lf-sec-num\">03<\/span>\n        <h2>Materials &amp; Execution<\/h2>\n        <p>For this project, Prime C.O.R.P. focused on a combination of modern design and long-term functionality. The wall surfaces were finished with fine mineral plaster, while the floors were fitted with large-format stone tiles and oak parquet flooring.
