From an Old Structure to Modern Living Space<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This project began with an apartment whose structural condition had significantly deteriorated. Loose ceilings, damaged walls and outdated electrical systems made a comprehensive renovation unavoidable. Prime C.O.R.P. carried out the complete strip-out \u2013 including the removal of old ceiling structures, dismantling of all installations and preparation of the structural shell for a full reconstruction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The focus was on opening up the existing layout and replacing it with a modern, light-filled spatial concept. What had once been an outdated living space was transformed into a forward-looking residential design with clear lines and high energy efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Structure, Planning and Precision<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Following the structural strip-out, all electrical, water and heating systems were completely renewed. New suspended ceilings with integrated LED lighting were installed, while high-quality screed systems and insulation formed the basis for optimal room acoustics and energy efficiency.
Walls and floors were fully rebuilt \u2013 from plastering and surface preparation to the final finishing layers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Materials & Execution<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

For this project, Prime C.O.R.P. focused on a combination of modern design and long-term functionality. The wall surfaces were finished with fine mineral plaster, while the floors were fitted with large-format stone tiles and oak parquet flooring. The windows were optimized for energy efficiency, and the entire spatial concept was designed to maximize openness and natural light.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Result<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

What was once a heavily deteriorated apartment has been transformed into a modern and elegant living space with clean lines, high-quality materials and contemporary comfort.
This project demonstrates how precise planning and skilled craftsmanship can turn a challenging structural condition into a completely new living environment \u2013 delivered by Prime C.O.R.P.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
